SMS BANKING INTRODUCTION

1. INTRODUCTION:

The SMS Banking service of Indovina Bank provides 4 kinds of message for mobile phone as follows:
1. Inquire Banking information: Customer could send message to inquire banking information (such as: account balance, foreign exchange, deposit rate..).Upon receipt customer’s inquiry message, the system will automatically send back a response message within 30s
2. Notify Automatic messages: The system will automatically send messages relevant to services registered by customers.
3. Bank transfer (interbranch)
4. Charge mobile account (Vntopup): Customer has just to send SMS to top up your phone account. The system will automatically credit customer’s phone account and send notify message to your phone.

1. Inquire Account Balance (Free of charge)
2. Inquire Mini Statement (Free of charge)
3. Inquire Forex rate/ Interest rate (Free of charge)
4. Inquire ATM location/ Location of IVB Branches (Free of charge)
5. Notify Account Balance Change (Charge)
6. Internal Fund transfer (Free of charge)
7. VN topup (top up prepaid phone account) (Free of charge)
Customer can use SMS Banking service by sending SMS message or through Mobile banking application on mobile phone (download application at IVB website)

3. REGISTRATION:

Customer could register one time only at any IVB units of IVB by filling in the form (No 1, IVB-SMS) (or downloading the form at IVB website www.indovinabank.com.vn), and handling it to the bank.
