IV. Deposit Interest rate: Send: IVB LSTG (currency code) (term) Currency code: Currency code is not mandatory, but if not, it is default that currency code is VND Term: Term is not mandatory, but if not, it is default that term is current. Term can be expressed at XYY X: D-date W- Week M-month YY: 01, 02, 03, 06, 09, 12… Reply message: Currency Term and Interest rate

VI. IVB Branch address: Send: IVB CN (area code)
VII. Notify Account balance change: As customer register to use “notify account balance change” service, the bank will automatically send message to customer’s phone at any changes to customer’s account. VIII. Internal fund transfer: In order to fund transfer, IVB customer has to follows 3 steps: Step 1: Set password Send: IVB MK NOP (PASSWORD) PASSWORD: required length of password is 8 letters. Your password may be set once or can be changed by sending: IVB MK (old password) (new password) Reply message: Confirm customer message Step 2: Fund transfer Send: IVB CK (amount) (sending account) (target account) Reply message: IVB CF XXXXX*YYYYY Step 3: Confirmation Replace * in reply message by your password then send to 8149 to confirm about fund transfer transaction The bank will send a reply message confirm transaction was successful or not. If not, the reply message will contain supporting phone number.
IX. Top up prepaid phone account (VN topup- 8049) To top up your prepaid phone account, you have to take 3 following steps: Step 1: Register at IVB branches The bank will inform customer in case transaction is successful Step 2: Activate VNtopup service Send: OK password To 8049 The bank will inform if the transaction is successful and instruct customer how to topup phone account Step 3: Top-up phone account: Send: NAP DENOMINATION PASSWORD to 8049 Whereas: DENOMINATION: VN 10. VN20, VN30, VN50, VN100, VN200, VN300, VN500 are denomination regulated by telecom companies.
PASSWORD: a string of letters set by customer within 6 digits The bank will inform customer whether the transaction is successful. In case transaction is unsuccessful, supporting information and phone number will be provided.
X. Download Mobile banking application In addition to using service through text messages, customer can install Mobile Banking application on mobile phone for comfortable use. Download Mobile Banking application to cell phone by sending: SET IVB to 8049 (GPRS required) Or directly download from IVB website: www.indovinabank.com.vn
