IVB has just signed a credit facility contract to VNPT on 28 September 2009, which committed to offer   a medium-term loan of 20 millions US Dollars to VNPT to upgrade and cover UTMS 3G telecom service (Vinaphone 3G service) for 7 central province of central area in the stage of 2009-2010. According to the facility contract, the credit will be in 10 year terms, including 2 years of grace period.
