Cut-off time for interbank fund transfer transactions during year end 2019 and temporary suspension of some E-Banking services.

In the expectation of providing to Customers better service quality in the period of final settlement 2019, pleased be informed the Cut-off time (COT) for interbank fund transfer transactions during the year-end 2019 and temporary suspension of some E-Banking services as follow:
- Working hour: From 23/12/2019 - 31/12/2019

The COT is the latest time of the day to process and accept Customers’ payment orders. Payment orders receive before the COT will be processed on that day. Payment orders receive after the COT will be processed in the next business day.
