From July 1, 2024, according to Decision No. 2345/QD-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam, IVB would like to announce the application of facial biometric authentication for online transactions. This is a new step to ensure the safety of customers, avoiding fraud and property appropriation by thieves.

從2024年7月1日起，依賴越南國家銀行的第2345/QĐ-NHNN代號裁定，世越銀行（IVB）正式通知將為網上交易引入面部識別的生物識別技術認證。為了確保賓客之交易安全，防止無法分子欺詐和盜竊資產的全新舉措。

請按照下列步驟立即注冊：
1. 登錄 IVB Mobile Banking 應用程式。
2. 選擇 設定選項卡，然後選擇 註冊生物識別技術認證。
3. 拍攝 有芯片的身份證正反面照片。
4. 採集有芯片的身份證信息：
將身份證靠近手機，從上到下移動以找到芯片讀取位置。當手機振動時，保持身份證和手機不動。
5. 掃描面部。
6. 完成。
