UPDATE PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION AND REGISTER BIOMETRIC INFORMATION

Dear Valued Customers,

First of all, Indovina Bank (IVB) would like to sincerely thank you for using our services throughout this time.

Based on the relevant legal provisions[1], starting from January 1st, 2025, IVB will temporarily suspend all transactions on your Payment Account and/or Bank Card in the following cases :

  1. For Payment Accounts: Transactions such as payments and withdrawals will be suspended if the customer's identification documents have expired or are no longer valid.
  2. For Bank Cards: Card transactions will be suspended if the identification documents or documents proving the duration of stay in Vietnam (for foreign customers) have expired.
  3. For retail customers electronic withdrawal and payment transactions: These can only be used after ensuring the information on the identification document matches the biometric data.

Note: According to the Citizen ID Law No. 26/2023/QH15 dated November 27, 2023, if the National ID card is valid until after December 31, 2024, it will remain valid until the end of December 31, 2024.

Therefore, to avoid any disruption in transactions, please contact the IVB Branch/Transaction Office to update your identification documents to ensure they are valid during the use of your Payment Account and/or Bank Card.
