IVB VISA CORPORATE CREDIT CARD PROGRAM RULES

In order to bring the best incentives to customers, IVB would like to announce to customers the promotion program for IVB VISA Corporate Credit Card with the following contents:

1. Program: Promotional program for IVB Visa Corporate Credit Card
2. Applicable customers: All IVB SME/Corporate customers
3. Applicable time: from 10/10/2023 to 10/10/2024 or until the budget ends (12 months)
4. Applicable product: IVB Visa Corporate Credit Card
5. Budget: 200,000,000 VND (VAT included)
   1. Offer 2: 50,000,000 VND
   2. Offer 3: 150,000,000 VND
6. Offers of the program:
   1. Offer 1: The registered customers of IVB Visa Corporate Credit Card shall be entitled to waive annual fee during the promotional program.
   2. Offer 2: The registered customers of IVB Visa Corporate Credit Card shall be awarded 1,000,000 VND for the first 50 qualified customers during the promotional program.
   3. Offer 3: IVB Visa Corporate Credit Cardholder are offered a cashback scheme of 0.5% and 1% for qualified transactions under this program.  
7. Terms and Conditions of the Offer:

5. Offer 1:

• Apply to all newly activated IVB Visa Corporate Credit Card during the promotional program.

5. Offer 2:

• Apply to newly activated IVB Visa Corporate Credit Card and spend at least 2 million VND within 30 days of the issuing date during the promotional program.
• The offer is only applicable to purchasing/retail POS/EDM transactions or online transactions. Cash advance/withdrawal transaction is not qualified to the offer.
• IVB shall transfer the reward amount directly to credit card number (LOC account). Cardholder’s account and/or credit card number must be valid at the time receiving cashback amount at IVB.
• Awarding time: Within 15 working days from the date of monthly reward list approved by the head of Card & new banking channel dept./BMD. IVB shall not award the cashback amount if the applicable cards are closed or ceased at the awarding time.

5. Offer 3:

• Apply to all existing IVB Visa Corporate Credit.
• The offer is only applicable to purchasing/retail POS/EDM transactions or online transactions. Cash advance/withdrawal transaction is not qualified to the offer.
• The cashback rate shall be applied as follows:

• IVB shall transfer the cashback amount directly to the credit card number (LOC account). Cardholder’s account and/or credit card number must be valid at the time receiving cashback amount at IVB.
• The amount of cashback shall be rounded down on the basis of 100,000 VND. The maximum amount of cashback per month shall be capped at 1,000,000 VND.
• Qualified transaction is a transaction authorized by the IVB system and posted on the accounting book of IVB.
• Day of monthly approved cashback list: from 5th to 19th of the following month, by which the qualified transactions occur.
• Qualified cardholders will monthly receive the cashback within 15 working days from the date of approved cashback list.
• The decision of fraudulent transactions will be handled in accordance with internal regulation of IVB and Vietnamese law.
• Awarding time: Within 15 working days from the date of monthly cashback list approved by the head of Card & new banking channel dept./BMD. IVB shall not award the cashback amount if the applicable cards are closed or ceased at the awarding time.

8. Other conditions: In case the issue/matter is not mentioned in this program, it will be conducted in accordance with current regulation of IVB.

•  IVB is responsible for publicly announcing the detailed content and rules of the promotion program.
• By participating in this Program, the Customer agrees to all terms and conditions of the Program listed in these Rules and to all other provisions in the terms and conditions issued by IVB released, amended and supplemented from time to time.
• In case of a dispute related to this Promotion Program, IVB is responsible for directly resolving it. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with current Vietnamese law.
• Customers are solely responsible for paying taxes and fees (if any) arising from or related to participating in this program.
• In case of changes in information or additions to the terms and conditions of the program at any time, IVB will notify customers via email or information on the Website as well as other information channels of IVB. and relevant agencies according to the provisions of law (if any).
