In order to improve the service quality when making payment at the national public service portal, NAPAS has deployed the promotional program to IVB customers as follows:

1. Name of the promotional program: Making payment at the national public service portal – Cashback up to 500.000 VND
2. Applicable duration: from 25/11/2022 to 25/02/2023 (03 months) or until supporting budget ends
3. Scope of application: The promotion applies: (i) for citizens who pay fees, administrative procedure fees, declare and pay personal taxes; Voluntary social insurance and health insurance by household; Pay taxes and registration fees on land and property.
4. Contents of the promotion: 
- Cashback 30% (maximum 500,000VND) for transactions with minimum bill from 100,000 VND. 
- Each customer using a card/account, QR code via NAPAS payment gateway will be applied the offer 2 times / month during the program.
