PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM OF IVB VIP CREDIT CARD

In order to provide the best benefits to our esteemed customers, IVB is pleased to announce the VIP IVB Credit Card Program, the details of which are as follows:

A. DEPLOYMENT OF PROGRAM FOR IVB VIP CREDIT CARD

1.     Objectives: Deployment of IVB VIP Credit Card.

2.     Applicable time: from 14/07/2023 of this Decision until Notification to cease.

3.     Applicable customers: VIP customers under the regulation of VIP credit card of IVB

4.     Identity of IVB VIP Credit Card:

-       Card type: IVB Visa Credit Gold Card

-       Card program: IVB VIP CREDIT CARD

-       BIN: 4135 35

5.     Type of collateral: Secured or unsecured credit cards.

6.     Interest: Interest must be in compliance with the regulation of IVB from time to time.

7.     Credit limit: Credit limit applied to other target customers shall be in compliance with the current regulation of IVB.

8.     Other conditions: In case the issue/matter is not mentioned in this program, it will be conducted in accordance with current regulation of IVB.

9.     Value proposition of the product:

-       Free all annual fee for duration of credit card.

-       Cardholders are entitled to up to 5% cashback and unlimited cashback under Big Points Accumulation - Huge Cashback - Only at IVB.

-       Reward VND 500,000 cashback for new customers.

-       Participate in the program “IVB Preferential Zone”.

-       Participate in IVB Reward Point Program.

-       Priority transactions at the counter

Content of the Cashback Scheme:

-       Budget for cashback scheme: 100,000,000 VND or until the budget ends

-       Applicable time: from 14/07/2023 to 14/07/2024

-       The offer is only applicable to purchasing/retail POS/EDM transactions or online transactions. Cash advance/withdrawal transaction is not qualified to the offer.

-       The cashback rate shall be 5% per transaction qualified under this offer.

-       IVB shall transfer the cashback amount directly to the credit card number (LOC account). Cardholder’s account and/or credit card number must be valid at the time receiving cashback amount at IVB.

-       The applicable merchant code shall be 5732 (Electronics Sales), 4511 (Air Carriers, Airlines–not elsewhere classified), 5311 (Department Stores), 4121(Taxicabs and Limousines), 5309 (Duty Free Stores), 6300 (Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums), 8062 (Hospitals).

-       Qualified transaction is a transaction authorized by the IVB system and posted on the accounting book of IVB.

-       Day of monthly approved cashback list: from 5th to 19th of the following month, by which the qualified transactions occur.

-       Qualified cardholders will monthly receive the cashback within 15 working days from the date of approved cashback list.

-       The decision of fraudulent transactions will be handled in accordance with internal regulation of IVB and Vietnamese law.

-       Awarding time: Within 15 working days from the date of monthly cashback list approved by IVB. IVB shall not award the cashback amount if the applicable cards are closed or ceased at the awarding time.

-       The amount of cashback shall be rounded down on the basis of 100,000 VND. The maximum amount of cashback per month shall be capped at 1,000,000 VND.

-       Customers qualified to the current loyalty program applied to IVB Visa Credit Gold Card

B. DEPLOYMENT OF PROMOTION PROGRAM FOR IVB VIP CREDIT CARD

1.     Program name: OPEN VIP CARDS, RECEIVE CASH BACK

2.     Applicable time: from 14/07/2023 to 14/07/2024 (Duration: 12 months), or until the budget ends

3.     Applicable Product: IVB VIP Credit Card

Subtotal Budget: 50,000,000 VND

4.     Terms and Conditions of the Offer:

-       Offer: For VIP customers using IVB VIP Credit Card during the promotional program as follows:

-       The offer is only applicable to purchasing/retail POS/EDM transactions or online transactions. Cash advance/withdrawal transaction is not qualified to the offer.

-       Apply to current credit card product of IVB VIP Credit Card

-       IVB shall transfer the cashback amount directly to credit card number (LOC account). Cardholder’s account and/or credit card number must be valid at the time receiving cashback amount at IVB.

-       The offer only applies to main cards.

-       Newly registered customers are individuals who do not fall under the category of IVB employees or their relatives who are entitled to the inherited card policy of IVB employees.

-       Customer has not previously opened credit cards at IVB.

-       Qualified transaction is a transaction authorized by the IVB system and posted on the accounting book of IVB.

-       Day of monthly approved cashback list: from 5th to 19th of the following month, by which the qualified transactions occur.

-       Qualified cardholders will monthly receive the cashback within 15 working days from the date of approved cashback list.

-       The decision of fraudulent transactions will be handled in accordance with internal regulation of IVB and Vietnamese law.

2.     Other conditions 

-       IVB is responsible for publicly announcing the details of the promotion rules. 

-       By participating in this Program, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions of the Program listed in this Rules and to all other provisions of the terms and conditions issued, amended and supplemented by IVB from time to time. 

-       In case of a dispute related to this Promotion, IVB is responsible for directly resolving it, if no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the current Vietnamese law. 

-       Customer is solely responsible for paying taxes and fees (if any) arising out of or in connection with participating in this program.

-       In case of changing information or supplementing the terms and conditions of the program at any time, IVB will notify the Customer via email or be informed on the Website as well as other information channels of IVB and relevant agencies as prescribed of the law (if any).
